How do you get paid?
We charge a percentage per load (agreed upon in our dispatcher-carrier agreement). There are no hidden fees and no forced dispatch.
What types of loads do you book?
We specialize in dry vans. We focus on profitable lanes that align with your preferences.
What happens if there is a problem with a load?
We communicate directly with the broker to resolve issues such as detention, layovers, or claims while keeping the carrier informed.
Do you assist with factoring companies?
Yes. We coordinate with your factoring company and submit required documents to help speed up payments.
Is there a contract?
Yes. We operate under a clear dispatcher-carrier agreement outlining responsibilities, payment terms, and expectations to protect both parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days’ written notice
