All carriers working with CMC Dispatch Services operate as independent businesses.
We do not:

  • Control your operations

  • Provide drivers or equipment

  • Assume liability for transportation services

You remain fully responsible for your business operations.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Maintain active MC/DOT authority

  • Maintain valid insurance at all times

  • Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Communicate availability and load status promptly

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in termination of services.

5. Payment Terms

  • Dispatch fees is 8% (per load)

  • Payment terms must be honored as agreed in the Dispatch Agreement

  • The carrier is responsible for paying all agreed dispatch fees

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension and collection action

6. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue

  • CMC Dispatch Services does not guarantee:

  • Load availability

  • Specific rates

  • Weekly income or profit

  • All loads depend on market conditions, carrier qualifications, and broker requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CMC Dispatch Services is not liable for:

  • Load cancellations

  • Broker payment issues

  • Delays, damages, or losses during transport

  • Carrier violations, accidents, or compliance failures

  • All transportation liability remains with the carrier.

8. Compliance and Verification

  • CMC Dispatch Services is not liable for:

  • Load cancellations
